In Carol Neel’s FYP class Animal-Human Boundaries, students choose a project related to animals or the connection between animals and humans. Students might carve linoleum, create collagraphs, set metal and wood type, or create simple books over multiple sessions.
One of the goals of FYP classes is to expose new students to opportunities both on and off campus. For these projects in Animal-Human Boundary, an FYP class taught by Carol Neel, students learned how to carve linoleum, create collagraph plates, set metal and wood type, and collaborate on concept, design, and printing.
